About Life Aveda

Life Aveda was founded in 2019 by B. Ramandeep Sidhu, whose interest in Ayurveda grew from a personal wellness journey and a desire to better understand traditional approaches to health and wellbeing.

Before entering the Ayurvedic healthcare space, she studied in the USA and began her professional career in banking. Her background in international education and banking helped shape her approach to building a business focused on quality, customer trust, transparency, and responsible practices.

Her curiosity about Ayurveda developed through personal experiences that inspired her to explore holistic wellness traditions more deeply. This interest led her to learn from experienced Ayurvedic practitioners and gain a greater appreciation for Ayurveda's principles, philosophy, and long-standing role in supporting overall wellbeing.

During her travels, she was introduced to different approaches to herbal formulations and became particularly interested in modern extract-based products. Through discussions with practitioners and industry experts, she learned about various formulation methods used in herbal supplement manufacturing and the importance of ingredient quality, consistency, and standardization.

These experiences inspired her vision for Life Aveda — combining traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern quality standards to create wellness-focused products designed to support healthy lifestyles and overall wellbeing.
