Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in specific cases where the issue is verified by our support team.

A refund may be approved in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • A replacement product is not available after approval of your claim.

  • Any other case approved by Aveda Ayur LLP after verification.

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within the required time period mentioned in this policy and provide all necessary proof, such as order ID, images, videos, and delivery details.

For damaged product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened for the first time, along with the damaged product inside.

Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment provider. Life Aveda is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment partners after the refund has been initiated from our side.

Shipping charges, COD charges, convenience fees, or any other non-product charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from our side.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of health supplements and hygiene-sensitive products, returns are accepted only under limited conditions.

A return may be accepted only if:

  • The product received is incorrect.

  • The product received is damaged.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is raised within the eligible time period.

  • The issue is verified and approved by our support team.

Products will not be eligible for return if:

  • The product has been opened or used.

  • The seal, label, or packaging has been tampered with.

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

  • The request is made after the eligible return period.

  • The customer changed their mind after the order was shipped.

  • The product was purchased during a final sale, clearance sale, or non-returnable promotional offer, if mentioned at the time of purchase.

To return an approved item, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, reason for return, and required proof. Our team will confirm the return address and next steps.

Please pack the product securely and include your order number, full name, phone number, and address inside the package.

If you are asked to ship the product back to us, please use a reliable courier service and keep proof of postage or courier receipt. Until the returned product reaches our warehouse, it remains the customer’s responsibility.

If the product is lost, damaged, or missing during return transit, we may not be able to process a refund or replacement.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in cases where the customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, subject to verification.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your exchange request, please provide:

  • Order ID.

  • Clear images of the product received.

  • Clear images of the outer packaging and shipping label.

  • Details of the issue.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange and send the correct product to you.

Damaged Item Received

If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To process the request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened and must clearly show the damage.

Once the claim is verified, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Missing Item Received

If any item is missing from your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

To verify the claim, please provide:

  • Order ID.

  • Images of all items received.

  • Image of the outer packaging.

  • Image of the shipping label.

  • Complete unboxing video, if available.

Once verified, we will ship the missing item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Product Change After Placing Order

If you wish to change the product after placing an order, you may request a change within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, no product change, modification, or exchange request can be accepted for change-of-mind reasons.

Item Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking details shared with you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, contact our support team within 3 working days of the delivery status update.

If the package is delayed or not delivered, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

If the courier confirms that the shipment is lost or undelivered, we may issue a replacement or refund, depending on the case and product availability.

How to Return an Approved Item

To return an approved item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Share required proof, including images, videos, and delivery details.

  3. Wait for approval from our support team.

  4. After approval, pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  5. Include your order number, name, phone number, and address inside the package.

  6. Ship the product to the return address shared by our team.

  7. Share the courier receipt or proof of postage with us.

Please do not send any product back without approval from our support team. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Personalised packs or customised orders may take 3–4 business days to ship.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays, public holidays, or courier non-working days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Life Aveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details, customer unavailability, or force majeure events.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and order details are correct before placing the order.

Important Conditions

All refund, return, and exchange claims are subject to verification and approval by Life Aveda.

Life Aveda reserves the right to reject any claim if the proof submitted is incomplete, unclear, false, edited, misleading, or does not support the claim.

Repeated claims, suspicious activity, misuse of policy, or fraudulent requests may lead to rejection of the request and/or restriction of future orders.

Opened, used, tampered, or damaged health supplements cannot be returned or exchanged unless the issue is proven to have occurred before delivery.

Product results may vary from person to person. Refunds or returns are not applicable on the basis of individual product experience, taste preference, smell preference, delayed results, or change of mind after delivery.
